Welcome to Jessie J Prints. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Products
- All items are 3D printed in-house using PLA (Polylactic Acid), a plant-based, non-toxic, biodegradable material.
- Each product is handmade and may have slight variations in colour, texture, or finish. This is part of the uniqueness of 3D printing.

Orders & Payments

Full payment is required at the time of ordering.

Custom designs may require a non-refundable deposit before work begins.
Prices are listed in GBP (£) and may change without notice.

Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are dispatched within the stated timeframe on each product listing (usually 3–7 working days).
- Custom orders may take longer depending on design and print complexity.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services once the item has been shipped.

Safety Disclaimer
- While PLA is non-toxic and safe, adult supervision is recommended for all baby and toddler toys.
- Our products are printed in one solid piece with no detachable parts; however, Jessie J Prints cannot be held responsible for misuse after purchase.

Liability
- Jessie J Prints is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our products, including but not limited to misuse, accidents, or failure to follow safety recommendations.

Return and Refund Policy

Return and Refund Policy

At Jessie J Prints, we want you to love your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully:

Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalised orders cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.
- Sale items are final and non-refundable.

Refunds
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.

Faulty or Damaged Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
